Records are reviewed in advance of every examination. Findings and opinions are stated to a reasonable degree of medical probability, with the supporting reasoning shown rather than asserted. Conclusions do not vary with the source of the referral, and cases falling outside the scope of Dr. Harb’s expertise are declined rather than accepted and qualified.
