What we do here

Care available at this office

The D.C. office handles the full range of office-based hip and knee care — from your first consultation through long-term follow-up. Surgery itself is performed at one of our affiliated surgical facilities.

  • New patient consultations
  • Follow-up appointments
  • Joint injections (cortisone, hyaluronic acid, PRP)
  • In-office X-rays
  • Post-operative visits

If you're weighing whether surgery is the right step, the hip replacement and knee replacement overviews lay out what to expect, and our patient resources cover prep, recovery, and downloadable guides.

Getting here

Parking & transportation

Parking

Several paid garages are within a block or two of 1015 18th Street NW, including garages on K Street and L Street. Metered street parking is available throughout the area but turns over quickly during business hours.

Metro

Farragut North (Red line) and Farragut West (Orange / Blue / Silver) are both a short walk away. For many patients coming from Maryland or Virginia, Metro is the easiest way in.

Rideshare & drop-off

Uber, Lyft, and taxis can drop off directly in front of the building. This is what we recommend for post-operative visits when you're not yet driving.

Accessibility

The building has elevator access to Suite 300. If you have mobility needs we should know about ahead of time, call the office and we'll make sure your visit is set up accordingly.

Coming from out of town? Many patients travel to D.C. for care, and we can help coordinate. See traveling for care for what to plan around.
